Standard workflow is the key guarantee of translation quality. For written translation, a relatively complete production workflow has at least 6 steps. Workflow affects quality, lead time and price, and translations for different purposes can be produced with different customized workflows.
After the workflow is determined, whether it can be executed rely on the management of a LSP and the use of technical tools. At TalkingChina Translation, workflow management is an integral part of our training and assessment of project managers’ performance. At the same time, we use CAT and online TMS (translation management system) as important technical aids to assist and guarantee the implementation of workflows.
